Description

Can be difficult to root. From the same fig collector who introduced Maltese Falcon to American growers. Almost as a strong grower as Maltese Falcon.

newnandawg @ OurFigs: This fig was perfectly sweet and another one of those that we are having a difficult time describing the flavors. It was mostly honey but something else that we may can put a finger on if it will give us a few more figs. The skin was slightly chewy and had a separate flavor from the pulp which was also very good. It was very smooth with no seed crunch. It has about 20 or so that may give us a chance. Even though we can not give a flavor profile we rated it an 8 on a 1-10. This could be an excellent fig.
